Ajahn Sundara will
visit Portland
Ajahn Sundara, one of the senior nuns in the Ajahn Chah/Ajahn Sumedho tradition, will be visiting the Portland Friends of the Dhamma community June 11th – 13th. Her visit includes meal offerings, a casual tea, an evening talk and a daylong retreat. Here is a biography and some talks by Ajahn Sundara.
Ajahn Jayasaro (พระอาจารย์ชยสาโร) will be visiting Portland on June 23rd. His visit will include an evening Dhamma talk along with chanting and meditation. Click here for a biography.
Portland Friends of the Dhamma is a Buddhist Meditation Center in Portland, Oregon affiliated with and advised by the Abhayagiri monastic descendants of the Ajahn Chah, Ajahn Sumedho lineage. This center is completely supported by the goodwill and generosity of its participants.

We are located on the corner of SE 15th & Tacoma, right next to the Sellwood United Methodist Church, second floor. The door is to the left of the main church door. Watch for the lotus sign board. Enter and head upstairs, second floor, down the hall on your left, can't miss it.
