Weekend Retreat with Sakula Mary Reinard, Oct 28 – 30
Sakula and Debbie Stamp leading the upasika daylong at PFoD
Residential Retreat in Woodinville, Washington
Friday Evening – Sunday Morning, October 28 – 30
Wat Atam, a Thai Theravada monastery near Seattle, has once again invited Sakula to lead a weekend of meditation and Dhamma. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to attend. The theme of the retreat is A Still Heart in Chaotic Times. You can read more about it on the Wat Atam retreat page.
This is a wonderful chance to spend the weekend in contemplation, supported by the wisdom and warmth of Sakula’s teachings. Her training, experience, monastic support, and deeply caring heart make her a unique treasure in the Pacific Northwest. This weekend is an opportunity to share that treasure with others while getting a concentrated dose of her insight. You can read Sakula’s bio here.
A carpool is being organized from Portland. Depending on the number of people, we’ll likely have a car going Friday afternoon and another Friday evening. If you would like to join the carpool—or have any questions about the retreat—contact Greg through the PFoD contact page.
We hope you can join in on this weekend of peace and contemplation!
