Everyone is welcome to stay after Sunday Sila on March 24, from 12 to 2 p.m.and join in some light cleaning and special projects to keep the center clean and organized. We will gather after Sunday Sila tea and coffee.
On Monday nights from Feb. 26 to March 18, we will learn the fundamentals of meditation in the Thai Forest Tradition. We will practice sitting, standing, and walking meditation, and cover techniques using the breath, the body, and contemplations. All are welcome to attend.

Come help fix our basement wall! We need to get it ready for a water-intrusion repair, so we can have a safe and beautiful space before guest monks begin to arrive in the spring!
We will be preparing one wall in the downstairs area for a waterproof covering. This involves removing plaster from the length of the wall. It will be a fun and messy project with no special skills needed! Come and join us for as much or as little time as you would like. Bring gloves, a hammer, or a pounding instrument if you have one and perhaps a face mask, it will probably get dusty!
We will order some pizza for lunch and share in the joy of working together.
