Consider Workplace Giving. Designate Portland Friends of the Dhamma as the recipient of your paycheck donations. This is a terrific way to give stable funds for PFoD.
Does your employer offer a Matching Gift program? Matching Gift programs are a type of corporate philanthropy in which companies financially match donations of their employees to nonprofit organizations. Typically after you make a donation, you request a matching gift from your employer, who then makes one of their own. Ask your employer if they will match your donations to Portland Friends of the Dhamma.
Do you have investments that have increased in value? Would you like to donate those appreciated securities to PFoD to reap tax savings and maximize your donation?
