Zabuton Sewing Party

We will be holding a zabuton sewing party on Sunday, December 31, starting at noon, directly after Sunday Sila for a few hours. Please join us to help sew, cut materials, encourage other sewers or just spend time with others during this community gathering. Bring a sewing machine if you have one, but there will be extras, as well as sewing guidance and instruction. Everyone is welcome!

Bring potluck food to share if you like!

The materials have been purchased and some folks have offered to donate toward these costs. How lovely it will be to add these new cushions to our dhamma hall for all of us to use!

A little history:
You may know that one of the groups who has been renting and practicing in our building for years, No Rank Zendo, will be moving to their new building in January. Congratulations and metta to them! They will be taking with them the zabutons that belong to their group, the nice big black ones that we love to use as well. So we will be sewing some new ones!!
